I consider it best practice to work alongside the medical profession and so advise clients to inform their GP and other health care professionals wherever possible, that they are seeing a nutritional consultant and pass on my contact details. Consultation Health Questionnaire and Diet Analysis Sheet should be returned to me at least 3 working days prior to your appointment with payment. As changes in diet and nutritional status take time to take effect and as such are not "magic bullet" or "quick fix" solutions, you should be prepared to attend at least 3-4 consultations over a 6-12 month period for best results.
